You further acknowledge and agree that you are willingly allowing the platform to access and maintain this personal data for the purpose of sharing it with our clients in any shape or form.

• 3. Use of Personal Data -UThe platform will use your personal data for the purpose of providing recruitment services to our clients. This may include sharing your personal data with our clients for their recruitment purposes. You acknowledge and agree that the platform may use your personal data for any purpose related to the provision of recruitment services to our clients.

• 4. Confidentiality and Security - The data on this platform would only be available to our clients who have their specific login credentials to access the same. Your personal data can only be accessed by clients who have a specific login ID for the platform. However, you acknowledge and agree that the platform cannot guarantee the absolute security of your personal data.

• 5. Accuracy of Personal Data- You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to ensure that your personal data is accurate and up-to-date. You further acknowledge and agree that the platform will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in your personal data.
