Do you think that the interview process was relevant to the role you got assessed for ?
Comment : The organisation is very good. The interviewer asked lot more about the job description he has already shared over mail and a little about education background as I was in MBA second year. It was a tough fight between me and my batchmates. Overall organization is good for HR people.

Do you think that the interview process was relevant to the role you got assessed for ?
Comment : First round was related to recruitment. In second round interviewer asked me few maths and reasoning questions to solve which I think was not relevant for a recruiter role. Also interview started an hour late.
