In my previous job, I was working with a boss who we realized later had something against women employees. He would ridicule us, even when he knows that we are good at a particular job, he would give it to a male employee who is junior to us. He would use derogatory terms and make fun of the women employees with their male counterparts.

And why I'm able to say that for all women, coz initially I though something is wrong with me as an individual and my self worth went down drastically. But in an years time, I realized that he does it with women of other departments too who are under him. Such people are not fit for the corporates unless they change their ways.

What do you have to say in this. Have you had any such encounter with any such boss.
