I worked for an organization that took great care of women specially during pregnancy and ensured that they go on maternity leave without worrying anything about work and are able to enjoy that period. The organization was Max Life Insurance and I spent the best 10 years of my career with them.



However, I have friends who have had very different experience with other organizations, where they are treated as a burden specially if they are expecting in 1-2 years of joining the organization.
