I have been working in an organization from the last 4 years and I was expecting a promotion this year. I have worked very hard all these years and getting promoted was the bare minimum I was expecting from my Manager. But my peers have been promoted and the Organization has not promoted me. I'm disappointed and upset. I feel like creating a scene in the office, but I know that not professional and can put me in bad light.

Can you please suggest what do I do and how do I share my dissapointment with my Manager and his Seniors as well.
