After working for more than a decade in Delhi- Gurgaon it seems that working till late hours in a norm.

People work till late to impress their manager and the manager stays till late to impress his own manager. And there in no one who measures the productivity of an employee who does all his work and leaves on time as compared to the one who stays till late.

The preference is given to the one who stays till late, no matter how many more sutta breaks, tea breaks that person takes.
