Comment : I felt they were not looking to hire for all the JDs that they rolled out. Unfortunately, I applied to one of those JDs which was withdrawn in the middle of the process. Otherwise, the drive was smooth with much AI interfaces.

Comment : The overall interview went smooth, except for the fact that it was on a Saturday and this was my third call from Accenture previous two also followed the same pattern where I had to wait for the hiring manager for close to 2 hours just so he can pop in and ask if I was there for an interview . Finally the interview did happen, i think i answered all questions properly, but since then there seems to be a radio silence from them, after this experience I have stopped looking or accepting interview calls from Accenture

Comment : Pays well undoubtedly. I found the line interviews at a senior level were done by fairly inexperienced set of people. They themselves did not belong to the domain and didn't know what to ask so kept on asking generic questions that were fairly comfortable for someone who carries years of experience in operations and service delivery however this was an account on fire, 4 had already quit this position in a span of one year and yet they deployed delivery excellence folks to interview another non domain candidate- Comedy of errors. Nonetheless , post joining was ok but initial struggle due to wrong picture provided was not expected of an organisation of this scale. On a general note, organisation not only need to look at the ops hiring function with sincerity and seriousness of interviewers and also should upskill them on what to really question for a right candidate to be onboard. It is not necessary that a senior designation will always do justice with the interview job , some do require skills or acquire them as needed with intervention.

Comment : Started entire process couple of months back, and my discussion with HR was very clear that I am only looking for Level 6 role. Accordingly interviews got scheduled, post me clearing those I have been told that they can pull me for Level 7. Irony of the situation it happens twice and with same HR. My thing is there is no point pursuing with Candidate, if you don't have position matching the interest.
