Comment : The process is not very structured and was evolving then. One needs to be cautious as the company still has legacy companies policies example CSC has a variable component in the pay structure where as HP does not. The on boarding process is arduous and requires lot of paper work. Logistics like new hires laptops etc. is not simple and may take days. Lastly the quality of equipment is poor. Often used laptops are provided which are almost out of life.
