Comment : Initial round involved aptitude test, did not have technical round. HR round was of around 40-45 mins asking general questions about yourself and your career.

Comment : EY was my first employer after business school and I can say that joining them was probably one of the best decisions I have taken, in my career, to date. I had approached them during my visit to Bahrain before I joined Otago Business School and had met the service line Partner (John Sanderson) who was kind enough to hear me out as to why I wanted to join EY. He wanted me to stay in touch for a year, which I did, and towards the end of my program, my hiring manager and the HR manager interviewed me. I was offered the role and I subsequently joined them. With EY and particularly with John, I was lucky to have met a group of professionals who stuck to their word and came through on what they promised. To me, this was reflective of the commitment that the partnership had (and possibly still does) towards their staff!
